Plants for a Purpose Canada is a registered not-for-profit organization which connects plants, people and purpose together.
Through plants, we raise funds for charitable causes & bring awareness to vital social issues. We are committed to cultivating kindness in our community.

Plants for a Purpose has a mission is to raise as much capital as possible, providing precious plants, fresh seeds and quality merchandise to their customers. We evaluate how this capital would yield maximum benefit to Calgarians, and then ensure that plan is executed efficaciously. 25% of plant and merchandise sales goes to the Plants for a Purpose fund, which is then awarded to our selected beneficiary on a quarterly schedule.
Much like begonias, we believe in the potential for growth, survival, and humanity within every person. With proper support individuals can thrive. Begonias symbolize our wellness journey, making them the perfect icon for our movement. Our purpose is to uplift our customers' lives through the enjoyment of our plants, knowing each sale makes a difference in the lives of Calgarians.
We aspire to create a social enterprise where customers not only bring carefully nurtured plants into their homes but also contribute to community impact. Through sustainable plant purchases, customers support social programming for holistic healing and recovery.
