In 2024, the Courage to Summit movement was born from a feat of pure grit. Our friend Dale Simpson took on the unthinkable: traversing 21 mountains in 21 days. That journey wasn’t just about the altitude; it was about the impact. Thanks to your support, those funds launched our inaugural 4-day/4-night Land-Based Men's Wellness Retreat in 2025—a sanctuary for growth, connection, and healing.
Now, we are shifting from the mountain range to the main stage.
This year, Derek Shipley is stepping into the spotlight for a new "impossible" challenge. He is embarking on a grueling 12-week transformation to earn his Bodybuilding Pro Card.
But this isn't your typical prep. To prove that health and wellness are accessible to everyone, Derek is adding two "insane" conditions:
Bodybuilding is the ultimate test of "conquering the man within." This fundraiser continues our mission of supporting men's wellness by demonstrating that with the right community and nutrition, any transformation is possible—regardless of your budget.
Last year, we conquered the mountain. This year, we conquer the man. Follow Derek’s 12-week journey, learn the secrets of affordable nutrition through Meals That Matter, and help us raise the funds needed to keep our wellness retreats and community programs running strong.
